Page 10 of 10 <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR FOOD SERVICES <br /> <br />TERMINATION FOR CONV~-i~CE: This Agreement may be terminated by <br />the Caterer giving both the project and Centralina Council of <br />Gove~x'.~nts no less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior <br />written notice of intention to terminate as of the date <br />specified; or by the P£ogram giving both the Caterer and <br />Centralina Council of Governments thirty (30) days prior written <br />notice of intention to term/hate as of the date specified. ~n/s <br />thirty (30) day notice shall in no way oonflict with the <br />cancellation provision, stated above for non-delivery or delivery <br />of non-wholesome meals or food poisoning of Program participants. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The Purcb~_r may require changes in the services to be provid_~9__ <br />by the Caterer under this Agreement.
