I believe that Fletcher Hartsell has <br />sent you a draft of that document, since the contract has been <br />reviewed and approved by both the Board of Library Trustees and <br />the Friends, I have taken the liberty of sending a final draft <br />to the Friends for their signature. I request that the contract <br />be placed upon the agenda of the Commissioners June 1 meeting for <br />their consideration and, hopefully, approval.
