Griffith & Associates, Ltd. <br /> Cost Allocation Plan <br /> <br />I hereby request that David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. be <br />approved for a $10,000 contract to perform the cost allocation plan <br />for Cabarrus County. This plan is required for all counties in <br />order to recover indirect costs associated with State and Federal <br />programs mostly administered through Social Services. Cabarrus <br />County has contracted with the firm of David M. Griffith for <br />several years.
