The project agreement calls for eighty-five (85%) percent state and <br />federal participation in capital expenses. Attached to the agreement is <br />the approved Project Budget (Appendix A). <br /> <br /> No capital expensesmay be incurred under this agreement until final <br />execution of the agreement by the Department. Chapter VIII of the State <br />Management Plan details the procedures for procuring capital equipment <br />under Section 18. <br /> <br /> The project and work order numbers referenced above have been <br />assigned to your project.
