H.D. Swaringen Jr., and Hr. Harry Lassiter as extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction members on the Ht. Pleasant Planning Board and Zoning <br />Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br /> The Ht. Pleasart Town Board met on }fay 4, 1992, and voted <br />unanimously in favor of these recommendations. The Ht. Pleasant <br />Town Board also reccmmends that an exception be made to the two <br />consecutive terms rule, in the case of l.:r.
