UPON MOTION of Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board by resolution assigned and <br />directed Terry Rowland as Tax Collector to use all legal means to collect all current <br />and delinquent tax as provided for in General Statutes 105-366, 367, and 368.
