The <br />subdivision will be served by Container Corporation of <br />The Carolinas, (CCC) the refuse collector Licensed to <br />operate in this area. <br /> <br />Service has been promised and a letter is coming. <br /> <br />Underground Utilities <br /> <br />All utilities will be underground. There will be no power <br />or telephone poles located along the streets within the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Letters from Concord and Concord Telephone Co. are ~ncluGed <br />in the back of this document. A letter from Vision CabLe <br />of Metrolina is coming.
