Earl Cochran <br />191Eastover Drive, SoE. <br />Concord, N.C. 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Cochran: <br /> <br />This is to advise that the sight distance for the proposed <br />street entrance on Flowes Store Road is in conformance with <br />NCDOT Policies and Procedures. <br /> <br />Further review of your plat plan revealed that if "C" Street <br />is to be a continuation of "C" Drive then "D" Court should be <br />re-aligned to intersect "C" Drive at or near to a 90 degree <br />angle. <br /> <br />Also, there should be a cul-de-sac at the end of "C" Street. <br /> <br />The cul-de-sac on "A" Court should be constructed the same as <br />the other cul-de-sacs. <br /> <br />At the end of The pond where the subdivision begins, there is <br />a sub-standard bridge that will not meet NCDOT Standards and <br />this bridge will have to meet NCDOT standards before this <br />entrance road can be added for maintenance. <br /> <br />During the field investigation, it was noted that the roadway <br />if being utilized as part of the dam and that certain <br />criteria will have to be met and attached is policy for <br />roadway dams. <br /> <br />An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
