ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />Section 1. .S.ever~.bility. <br /> <br /> If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a decision of any court, such <br />a decision shall not render any other part of this ordinance invalid. <br />Section 2. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall apply to all areas of Cabarrus County which lie <br /> <br />outside of the corporate limits of any municipality. <br /> <br /> This ordinance supersedes any prior ordinance. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after the <br /> <br />day of , 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
