(f) Make an annual report to the Board, which shall include: <br />an account of franchise fees received and distributed, the total <br />number of hours of utilization of public channels, and hourly <br />subtotals for various programming categories, and a review of any <br />plans submitted during the year by franchisee(s) for development <br />of new services. <br /> <br /> (g) Conduct evaluation of the system at least every five (5) <br />years with the franchisee, and pursuant thereto, make <br />recommendations to the Board for amendments to the ordinance or the <br />franchise agreement. <br /> <br /> (h) Evaluate the performance of a franchisee who has <br />requested franchise renewal, if requested to do so by the Board. <br /> <br /> (i) Make periodic assessments of complaints regarding all <br />aspects of cable service and report the findings of such <br />assessments to the Board. <br /> <br /> 3. Staff.
