PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that Cabarrus County will hold a <br />public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, August 3, 1992 in <br />the Commissioner's Room on the second floor of the Cabarrus <br />County Governmental Center, Church Street, Concord, N.C. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to explain the Economic <br />Development Application the County expects to submit to <br />the N.C. Dept. of Economic and Community Development. <br />The Application consists of a funding request to permit <br />the construction of some 22,000 feet of 8 inch water line <br />to provide sufficient water pressure and flow to Whitley <br />Manufacturing Company to facilitate a sprinkler system <br />for fire protection in their new facility. <br />Cost breakdowns for the application are: <br /> <br />- Wa%er installation <br />- Administration <br />- Application Preparation <br /> TOTAL GRANT REQUEST <br />- County Share <br /> TOTAL PROJECT COST <br />% of CDBG monies <br /> <br />$368,500 <br />25,000 <br />6,500 <br />$400,000 <br /> 231,000 <br />$631,000 <br />63% <br /> <br />All interested citizens are urged to attend. <br /> <br />Advertising Instructions: <br />Advertise once in the Thursday, July 23, 1992 edition of the <br />Concord Tribune.
