All such pens or <br /> structures must be adequately lighted and kept in a clean and <br /> sanitary condition. <br /> <br /> (25) Vicious Dpt: "Vicious dog" means: <br /> <br /> Any dog with a known propensity, tendency or disposition to attack <br /> unprovoked, to cause injury to, or otherwise threaten the safety of <br /> human beings or domestic animals; or <br /> <br /> Any dog which, because of its vicious propensity, is capable of <br /> inflicting s~rious physical harm or death to humans and which would <br /> constitute a danger to human life or property if it were not kept in <br /> the manner required by this ordinance; or <br /> <br /> Any dog which, without provocation, attacks or bites, or has attacked <br /> or bitten, a human being or domestic animal; or <br /> <br /> Any dog owned or harbored primarily or in part for the purpose of dog <br /> fighting, or any dog trained for dog fighting. <br /> <br />Section 5. Licensin~ and Permits. <br /> <br /> (l) It shall be unlawful for any dog or cat owner, possessor, or harborer <br /> who brings an animal into the county to function as a guard or watch <br /> dog, to fail to provide any dog or cat over six (6) months of age <br /> with a outran: license tag. The owner, possessor or harborer of any <br /> above described dog or cat over six (6) months of age must be <br /> vaccinated and must have a current rabies vaccination tag showing <br /> that such animals have been vaccinated. No license will be issued <br /> unless proof of inoculation is shown. <br /> <br /> <br />
