PROPOSED AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> TO THE <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY CABLE FRANCHISE COMMISSION <br /> <br />Amend the First Paragraph of Section 1. Membership to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Membership. The Commission shall be comprised of five (5) members <br />appointed by the Bo~zd, each of whom shall be a resident of Cabarrus County. Each <br />member shall be appointed to fill a specific seat on the Commission, representing the <br />following areas and for the following initial term: <br /> <br />Seat Number <br /> <br />Area Represented <br /> <br />Initial Term <br /> <br />1 Townships 1 - 4 1 year <br />2 Townships 1 - 4 2 years <br />3 Townships 5 - 11 3 years <br />4 Townships 5 - 11 1 year <br />5 At-Large 2 years <br /> <br /> <br />
