NOTICE OF EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> Under and pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 160A-271, notice <br />is hereby given that Cabarrus County intends to exchange a fee <br />simple interest in approximately three (3) acres of real property <br />acquired from the Baxter heirs in the area of the Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir and valued at approximately Twelve Thousand Dollars <br />($12,000.00) for a fee simple interest in approximately 1.25 acres, <br />together with a permanent drainage easement, a temporary <br />construction easement, and a twenty (20) foot easement for ingress, <br />egress and regress across property owned by Teresa B. Eudy of <br />approximately equivalent value. <br /> <br /> The real property to be exchanged is more particularly <br />described in a plat on file with and available to the public in the <br />office of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, such map being <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners intends to authorize the exchange <br />at its next regularly scheduled meeting to be held in the <br />Commissioners' Meeting Room, Cabarrus County Governmental Center, <br />Church Street, Concord, North Carolina, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />September 8, 1992. <br /> <br /> This the 24 day of August, 1992. <br /> <br />Frankie F.
