ARTICLE XI <br /> <br />Amendment to By-Laws <br /> <br />These By-Laws may be amended or repealed by act of the Commission <br />providing that: <br /> <br />The proposed amendment shall have been sent to each <br />Commissioner at least one month prior to the <br />regular or special meeting at which a vote will be <br />taken, and <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />A minimum of a two thirds vote of the Commissioners <br />present at the duly constituted meeting shall be <br />required to approve the amendment. <br /> <br />These foregoing By-Laws were enacted by the Cabarrus County Parks <br />and Recreation on the 22nd day of March <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />Revised August 27, 1992 <br /> <br /> <br />
