Fister <br /> <br />Request for Additional Position at Home Health Agency <br /> <br />Due to the increase in the number of patient visits and additional staff, the <br />secretarial staff is unable to keep up with the increased workload (billing, <br />dictation, and-other accounting and office duties). In an attempt to catch up, <br />two secretaries have been working nine (9) hours per day for the last month. <br />Also, I have hired a secretary from temporary manpower services to free staff <br />of general office duties to give them additional time for accounting duties. <br />In spite of these extra efforts, thg billing for July is still behind. <br /> <br />Therefore, due to the above, I am requesting $22,096.35 to fund an additional <br />full-time Patient Account Representative III for the home health agency at <br />Grade 57 Step 1.1.
