Pilkington, Public health Director~ <br /> <br />Central Health Management Services Contract/Home Health <br /> <br />During the past two months we have been evaluating alternatives <br />for managing our Home Health Agency. Throughout this process <br />we have lacked critical information essential to developing <br />a management contract. For example, what employee benefits <br />would the Home Health employees have under a different management <br />arrangement or what would be our financial pgsition in both <br />the short term and long term? Because of these and other unanswered <br />questions we recommend to the Board of commissioners that the <br />County Manager be authorized to negotiate a letter of intent <br />with Central Health Management Services of Atlanta, Georgia <br />to conduct a strategic planning session for the purposes of <br />providing the information essential to developing a home health <br />management contract. <br /> <br />jr <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County Public Health Department <br /> <br />P.O.
