Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Witherspoon: <br /> <br />Meeting in official session on Thursday, October 22, 1992, the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Health recommended approval of bid <br />awards to BFI for solid waste residential services (see <br />attachment #1) and to Concord Telephone Company for a new <br />telephone system at the health department (see attachment #2). <br />The Board of Health also recommended approval of a part-time <br />nursing position (see attachment #3) and the approval of a <br />contract with Central Health Management Services to provide <br />management services for our home health agency. <br /> <br />Also attached for the commissioners' consideration is a proposed <br />agreement between Mecklenburg and Cabarrus county health <br />departments to provide m~mmography screening for clients in <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />With best regards, <br /> <br />William F.
