December 7, 1992 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR HIGHWAY 200 - VANDERBURG DRIVE/JIM SOSSOMAN ROAD - SPRING DRIVE TWO, SIX, EIGHT AND TWELVE INCH WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the construction of a two, six, eight and twelve inch water main extensions for the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County are invited and will be received by Mr. Henry F. Waldroup, Utilities Director, Cabarrus County, at the Utility Department's office, Cabarrus County General Service Administration Building, Concord, North Carolina, on or before but no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, on the seventh day of December, 1992, and immediately thereafter all bids received will be publicly opened and the total bid prices read aloua. Proposals must be made on the bid forms provided and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to: Mr. Henry F.
