Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Witherspoon: <br /> <br />Meeting in official session on November 19, 1992, the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Health recommended the following <br />actions to the Board of Commissioners: <br /> <br />A revision in the Animal Control Ordinance <br />on Article I, Section 16, lines 3 and 4 to <br />add . . "or any veterinarian outside of <br />the county who wishes to participate in the <br />program." (see enclosure) <br /> <br />A budget amendment of $14,865.30 for implementation <br />of licensing program for animal control. (see <br />budget amendment) <br /> <br />A revision in the Family Planning Program fee <br />scale for norplant insertion/removal to reflect <br />the increased Medicaid reimbursement rate. (see <br />enclosure) <br /> <br />In addition, the Board of Health asks that Dr. D. A.
