These dates are used because they are almost identical to the <br /> dates that we observe Daylight Savings Time. This is easy for the park <br /> visitors to remember. These dates also pretty much coincide with the weather <br />-- conditions in our area. The new proposed hours will not require any <br /> additional expenses. (Bakers Creek park will start their summer hours April <br /> 1 instead of March 1.) In March, the Park Manager will decide daily if the <br />- park needs to close at 5:00 pm or at a later time due to good weather or <br /> large park attendance. It is my recommendation that the new hours for Bakers <br /> Creek Park become effective January 1, 1993% <br /> <br /> <br />
