The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners in its meeting on May 16, 1988 <br />approved the follo~ving mOtion: <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commksioner Melvin, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Hamby and Unanimously carried, the Board adopted a resolution assigning <br /> and directing Ms. Derelle Kiser as Tax Collector to use all legal means to <br /> collect all current and delinquent tax as provided for in General Statutes <br /> 105-366, 367, and 368. This includes attachment and levy, garaishment of <br /> wages, bank accounts, in rem foreclosure and mortgage type foreclosure on <br /> real estate. <br /> <br /> Ms. Kiser has requested that the Board of Commissioners adopt a similar <br />resolution at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />
