As hap become our practice over the past several <br />years, I am requesting that funds granted to the Library by the <br />Charles A. Cannon Charitable Trusts during the previous fiscal <br />year be transferred into the L~brary Budget at the first <br />February meeting Qf the Board of County Commissioners, The <br />amount requested for transfer is $ 50,000.00. These funds <br />shouId be adequate to cover the purchase of Library MaterlaIs for <br />the remainder of the current fiscal year. As stipulated by the <br />Cannon'Charitable Trusts, these funds may only be used for the <br />purchase ~f Library Materials and then only after all other funds <br />appropriated for the purchase of Library Materials are <br />exhausted. At their most recent meeting ~n 3anuary :~91, the <br />Board of Library Trustees approved this request. <br /> <br /> <br />
