Attended Training Sessions in Chavlotte in June and December o~ <br /> grievance resolution, mediatioD and loDq term care issues. <br /> <br />5. New members participated in facility orientations. <br /> <br />6. Worked to resolve arievances directly with administrators. <br /> <br />7. Assisted Ombudsm~ Program in providing traiDing on resident rights <br /> to domicil~ary staff, <br /> <br />8. Distributed posters on resident rights to each faci~%t¥. <br /> <br />9. Held quarterly business meeting with Ombudsman. <br /> <br /> <br />
