Program. The proposeO L.W.C.F. <br /> Grant funding will be included in the proposed Fiscal Year 19gl-g2 <br /> Cabar rus-Rowan Park Commission Budget. I have also enclosed a copy <br /> <br /> i of the approved resolution of the joint funding agreement from the <br /> City of Kannapoli$, Rowan County and Cabarrus County.
