Amend Article I Section 2 of the Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Se~tion 2. Coverage <br /> <br /> All employees in the County's sen, ice shall be subject to this Ordinance, except <br />as provided in this section. <br /> <br /> (a) The following officials and employees are exempt: <br /> 1. Elected Officials; <br /> <br /> 2. County Manager; <br /> <br /> 3. County Attorney; <br /> <br /> 4. Members of advisory and special boards or commissions; and <br /> <br /> 5.
