9.2 SCHEDULE OF VALUES 9.2.1 Add at the end of 9.2.1 the following: "The form for the Schedule of Values shall be a form proposed by the contractor and approved by the Architect. The approved form shall be C6mpleted in detail including quantities and unit costs, and three copies submitted to the Architect for approval within 30 days after award of Contract." 9.3 APPLICATIONS FOR PAYmeNT (add at end of 9.3.1) "The form for each progress payment shall be Application and Certificate for Payment, AIA Documents G702 and G703. The forms shall be complete and submitted in the original and two copies." (add at the end of 9.3.2) "Permission is hereby given to the Contractor to store materials on-site in accordance with this Subparagraph ~rovided that requirements hereof are strictly complied with." 9.5 PROGRESS PAYMENTS: 9.5.1 Delete in its entirety and substitute the following: "The Owner shall make a Progress Payment to the Contractor on the basis of a duly certified and.approved estimate of the Work performed during the preceding calendar month. To ensure the proper performance of the Contract, the Owner shall retain ten percent (10%) of the amount of each estimate until completion.and acceptance of all work covered by the Contract. However, the Owner may, at any time after 50% of the Work has been completed (not including materials purchased and stored on site but not yet incorporated into the Work) make all of the remaining progress payments in full if he finds that satisfactory progress is being made." 9.6 PAYMENTS WITHHELD: (add) "9.6.3 The Contractor may not stop Work as a result of any payment or portion thereof being withheld in accordance with this Paragraph. If the Contractor does Order the Work Stopped, or if the Work is stopped in whole or in part as a result thereof, the Contractor shall be wholly liable of any damages from delay, or otherwise, which may arise because of such stoppage." q
