NOT]CE OF PUBLIC BEARING <br /> <br /> NOT]CE IS HEREBY G]¥EN that the Board of Commissioners for <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina, will hold a public hearing at <br />7:00 P.M., on ~pril 1, 1991, in the County Commissioners' Room in <br />the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, Church Street, South, <br />Concord, North Carolina, to consider the formation and creation <br />of a County water and sewer district under the provisions of <br />Article 6 of Chapter 162A of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina in the general area of Sossamon and Troutman Roads, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lying and being in No. l0 Township, Cabarzus County, North <br />Carolina, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point Cal Bost Road ($R 1143) <br />approximately .1 mile west of Troutman Road (SR 1145}; thence' in <br />a southwesterly direction generally parallel to and approximately <br />.1 mile west of Troutman Road (SR 1145) to a point on Jim <br />Sossamon Road (SR 1123) .1 mile south of the intersection of <br />Troutman Road (SR 1145) with Jim Sossamon Road (SR 1123); thence <br />in a northeasterly direction generally parallel to and <br />approximately .1 mile east of Jim Sossamon Road (SR 1123) to a <br />point .1 mile east of the intersection of SprlngDrive (SR 1275); <br />thence in a northwesterly direction to a point on Cal Bost Road <br />(SR 1143) approximately .2 mile west of its intersection with <br />U.S. Highway 601; thence crossing Cal Bost Road and running in a <br />westerly direction .2 mile north of Cal Bost Road (SR 1143) to a <br />point; thence south to the point of BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> (A map specifically identifying each tract located in the <br />proposed district is awailable for inspection in the office of <br />the Cabarrus County Manager, and is incorporated herein.) <br /> <br /> At the public hearing, all ihterested persons may appear and <br />be heard by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> This ~ day of March, 1991. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF CO~4ISSIONERS <br /> OF CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
