Box 707, Concord, <br />North Carolina (hereinafter called "Landlord"), and BLYTHE <br />IDUSTRIEH, INC., whose mailing address is P. O. Box 31635, <br />Charlotte, North Carolina 28231, (hereinafter called "Tenant"): <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: that-- <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements <br />hereinafter set forth, the Landlord does hereby lease and demise <br />unto the Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from the <br />Landlord, for the term hereinafter specified, the following <br />described real property (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the <br />"Demised Premises"): Upstairs floor area of that residence <br />located at 7401 Davidson Highway, Concord, Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina 28025, fo~erly owned by E~a Hancock, together with the <br />non-exclusive use of the real property upon which it is located, <br />more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Demised Premises upon those <br />conditions and with those privileges set forth herein for the <br />term herein set forth, subject to the following covenants and <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1.
