Paragraph 11. Environmental Indemnity. <br /> <br /> a. Revise the first sentence to read: "In connection with toxic or <br /> hazardous substances or constituents, excluding any such toxic or <br /> hazardous substance that Law introduce the <br /> En~ineerin~ <br /> to <br /> site, Client a~Tees to..." <br /> <br /> b. Revise the last paragraph to read: "...toxic or hazardous <br /> substances or constituents, excludin~ any such toxic or hazardous <br /> substance that Law En~ineering may introduce to the site, Client <br /> <br /> 2. Paragraph 9.A. Non-Hazardous Samples. <br /> <br /> Law Engineering will retain sad maintain preservable test specimens or <br /> the residue therefrom for the duration of the project construction <br /> period. Storage space will be provided by the 0whet adjacent to the <br /> field laboratory space in the basement of the project field office. <br /> Provisions will be made by the 0whet so that the storage area can be <br /> secured by Law Engineering. <br /> <br />3.
