OMB Circular A-87 and State <br /> regulations require that each governmental unit prepare a cost allocation plan for <br /> each fiscal year ff they choose to claim their overhead costs against Federal and State <br /> grants and contracts. Since you have been claiming overhead costs from certain <br /> haman resource program% it is imperative that you update your plan to maintain the <br /> level of recoveries previously cialmed.
