Approval of Plans. <br /> <br /> Such applications with plans and specifications shall be <br /> <br />referred to the building inspector, who shall examine the same to <br />determine whether the proposed construction or alteration will <br />comply with the ordinance provisions relative thereto. The <br />building inspector shall retain one set of plans and specifica- <br />tions. No permit shall be issued until after approval of the <br />plans. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Variations. <br /> <br /> 1. It shall be unlawful to vary, change, or deviate from <br /> <br />the terms of th~ application, the plans and specifications, or <br />the permit, except, if the change or deviation is clearly permis- <br />sible under the State Building Cp~e, it may be made. until.specif <br />ic written approval of the proposed change or deviation has been <br />obtained from the Inspection Department.
