Subsequently,the <br /> Commission for Health Services has adopted a rule (ISA NCAC 18A . 290]) regarding <br /> the distribution of fees collected under th/s program. <br /> <br /> Bills for the first year have now been sent out to over ]8,000 facilities. Weare <br /> beg-inning to collect the fees for the first year. Therefore~ we are now able to offer <br /> $?50 of the fees collected to each county. This money is to be used to improve your <br /> local environmental health program. <br /> <br /> The $750 ~11 be ad,-anced to your county and will be included in the June <br /> ]991 transfer made by the Budget Office. in order to claim this money~ you must <br /> complete the altaehed amendment and budget pages and submit them to Jol~n-~ie <br /> Robinson~ Purchase and Contract Section, P.
