The Permittee shall take all reasonable precautions with any operation, process, transportation, stora§e handling, facilities to prevent fugitive particulate and/or visible emissions from becomillg airborne. 4. All required air permits shall be obtained by the Permittee to relocate the facility, emission sources, or air cleaning equipment. 5. As required by 1SA NCAC 2D .0535, when particulate and/or visible emissions exceed Environmental Management Rc~ulations for more than four hours the Regional Supervisor, Division of Environmental Management, Mooresville Re§ion, (?04) 663-1699, shall be notified as promptly as possible buc in no case later than 24 hours of becoming a~a~e of the occurrence. Such notice shall specify the facility name and location, the nature and cause of the excess emifsions, the time when first observed, the expected duratio{1, and the estimated rate of emissions. This reportin~ requiremint does not allow the operation of the facility in e>:cess of Environmental }{anaBement Commissio~ Regulations. B. GE~IRAL CONDITIONS ~I) LIMITATIONS 1. All reports, test data, mqnitorin~ data, notifications, a,ld requests for renewal shall be submitted ~o the: Regional Supervisor North Carolina Division of Environmental Management 919 N. Reports on the operation and maintenance of the facility shall be submitted by the Permittee to th~ Regional Supervisor, Division Of Environmental ~ana~emen~ a~ such intervals and in such form and detail as may be required by the Division. Information required in such reports may include, but is not limited to proces~ yei~ht rates, firin~ rates, hours of operation, and preventive maintenance schedules.
