These improvements shall allo~ law enforcement and medical professionals to have all pertinent information £rom the State Central Registry which legally may be disclosed. Further, these !mprovemen[s shall allow the Department of Human I Resources and the division to provide access, as a!~o~:ed by law, to the Central Registry by la~ en£orCement and the Chief Hedieel Examiner's o££iee in the event of a' child fatality to determine ~hether abuse or'neg]eet I should he evaluated of death. a cause 8.
