Littlej Director <br /> I Cabarrus Parka and Recreation <br /> County <br /> Department <br /> <br /> Re: Revised Frank Liske Park Ordinance <br /> ! <br /> The Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed <br /> I and approved the revised Frank Liske Park ordinance on Thursday~ Hay <br /> 30, 1991. .The proposed Frank Liake Park Ordinance baa been developed <br /> and studied for the past seven months by the following: Park Supervisor~ <br /> Randy Daniels~ Director, Steve Little; Cabarrus County Attorneys Fletcher <br /> I Hartselli and the Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Advisory <br /> Commisaion. <br /> <br /> I The proposed Park Ordinance Will provide a broad and comprehensive <br /> set of rules and regulations for the general operations of Frank Liske <br /> Park. The Park Ordinance will also provide the Park Staff with the <br /> <br /> i authorization to charge fines for Parking ?iolations which ia outlined <br /> on pages thirteen and fourteen. Ho~ever~ all other violatinns ~till <br /> require criminal summcns for the violation of the Park regulations. <br /> The North Carolina Nildlife Commission would have full authnrity to <br /> I enforce fishing regulations as outlined in Section $, on page seven. <br /> The idviaory Cosmiasinn recommended that a copy of the current <br /> I and proposed ordinance be sent to the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> Commissioners for their review.
