The first ilem is the eslablishment of a lump sum fee for the conslrucfion contract administrallon I portion of the dam and N.C. 73 relocation construction. The lasks inelnded in the revised scope of work for the Phase III Conslrucfion Conlract I Administration portion of the Basic Services is as follows: ' Task Series 2000 Submittals Revie~v and Administration I Task Series 3000 Contract Compliance Review Task Series 4000 Progress Review and Paymem Task Series 5000 Administration of Changed Work I Task Series 6000 Administration of Communications and Project Documentation Task Series 7000 Assistance with Fiscal Administration Task Series 8000 Contract Closeout I Task Series 9000 GeotechnicallSurveying Sub-Consultants The above services cover projecl management dnfies, engineering review, geotechnlcal engineering services, resident construction observation, snrveying and clerical services. The fee for the above sen, ices is covered under paragraph 5.1.3.1 of the atlached amendment. The second major item covered under this contract amendment is development, implemenlation, and monitoring of the mitigation plan as required under the Cogs of -Engineer 404 permit.
