CANNON MEMORIAL LIBRARY <br /> <br />Date: August 26, <br />To: Susie Bonds, County Clerk <br />From: Tom Dillard, Library Director <br /> <br />Subject: Nominations to file current vacancies on the Library <br /> Board of Trustees <br /> <br /> In a special meeting held on August 15, 19~1, the Board of <br />Library Trustees reviewed ail applications submitted as of that <br />date for nominations/ appointment to the Cabarrus County Library <br />Board of Trustees. It is the recommendation of the Board that <br />Vernice Ro Morgan of Kannapolis and rickey D. Cline of M~o <br />Pleasant be appointe~ to fill existing vacancies on the Board. <br /> <br /> Since it was established by the County Commission in <br />the Library Board has been comprised of a single trustee from <br />each of the following areas: Concord, Harrisburg/~estern <br />Cabarrus, Mt. Pleasant/eastern Cabarrus, and Midland/southern <br />Cabarrus, and three trustees from the Kannapolis/northern <br /> <br /> In reviewing the applications, the Board considered this <br />composition and is recommending candSdates from areas previously <br /> - . <br />represented by the current vacancies <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br />
