I <br />i DRAFT 9/9/91 <br /> <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br />I PLANNING SERVICES'AGREEMENT <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />I THIS AGREEMENT of Interlocal Cooperation, pursuant to the <br /> terms and conditions of North Carolina General Statute~ Chapter <br /> ]60-A, Articl~ 20, made and entered into this -- day of <br /> <br />I , 1991, by and between the TOWN OF HARRISBURG, <br /> North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as "HARRISBURG"), and <br />I CABARRUS COUNTY, North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br /> i "CABARRUS"); <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: that -- <br /> <br />I WHEREAS, HARRISBURG and CABARRUS agree that it is mutually <br /> beneficial to coordinate comprehensive planning and to provide <br />I and share staff and staff support therefor in a cost-efficient <br /> <br /> i manner; and <br /> %~EREAS, HARRISBURG and CABARRUS desire to cooperate in an <br /> <br />Iundertaking pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises herein and <br />I the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, <br /> <br /> i HARRJSBURG and CABARRUS agree as follows: <br /> 1. Put_pose. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish <br /> <br /> Ia basis for cooperation between HARRISBURG and CABARRUS in <br /> <br /> staffing personnel to provide comprehensive planning an~ zoning <br />I services for both HARRISBURG and CABARRUS. <br /> <br /> <br />
