OPTION NO. 2 <br />~% Manufactured, two story, modular house with 1,173 square <br /> feet on the first floor and 587 square feet on the second <br /> floor, a total of 1,760 square feet. This would include a <br /> stick built 32 x 32 garage bay area to house the ambulances. <br /> <br /> Site preparation, pawing, grading, and setup would be <br /> included in the final cost. Landscaping can be done by the <br /> Parks and Recreation Department with no extra man hours. Items <br /> that would have to be purchased for landscaping would be trees, <br /> plants, etc. There would be no architectural cost involved <br /> with this plan. <br /> <br /> This house Would be constructed on a turn-key basis with <br /> all work contracted with the County for completion. Turn <br /> around time would be six to eight weeks. <br /> <br /> Cost estimates are not complete on Option Z at this time. <br /> The actual cont..estimates will b~ presented to the Board of <br /> Commissioners at the October 7, Board Me~tinq. <br /> <br /> <br />
