Such records <br /> I shall include, but not be limited to, rage rates <br /> and other data to confirm co~pliance with the <br /> Davis-Bacon Act, the Contract Hork Hours and <br /> Safety Standards Act and other applicable federal, <br /> state and local law. As the project progresses, <br /> I the Bubreclpient shall make all records available <br /> to the Recipient and HUD in order to assist the <br /> Recipient in meeting its record-keeping and <br /> reporting requirements. <br /> i (3) prooram Income <br /> <br /> The Subrecipient shall not retain program income. <br /> I No program income is to be generated by funds <br /> awarded to the Subreciplent. Funds are to be <br /> awarded on a reimbursement basis only. <br /> <br /> i (4) uniform tdministrative Reauire~ents <br /> The Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable <br /> uniform administrative requirements. Specifi- <br /> cally, OMB circular A-122 and certain attachments <br /> I to OHB circular A-Il0 as described in Section <br /> 570.502 of the Commu;lity Development Block Grant <br /> program Entitlement Grant Regulations, copies of <br /> which are attached hereto. <br /> I (5) Other proaram ~emutre=ents <br /> <br /> The Subrecipient shall carry out each activity in <br /> i compliance with all Federal laws and regulations <br /> described in Sub-Part g of the Entitlement Grant <br /> Regulations, except that: <br /> <br /> (i) The Subrecipient does not assume the <br /> I Recipient's environ=entel responsibilities <br /> described in Section 570.6041 and <br /> <br /> (ii) The Subrecipient does not assume the <br /> I Hecipient~s respocsibility for initiatin~ <br /> the revie~ process under £xecutive Order <br /> <br /> I (6) Conditions for Religious Oraanizattons <br /> The Bubrecipient represents that it ts not, nor <br /> may it be deemed to be, a religious or denomina- <br /> I tional institution or organization nor an organi- <br /> zation operated for religious purposes ~hich is <br /> <br /> organization; <br />I (7) Susoension and Ter;inatlon <br /> <br /> rially fails to comply with any term of the avard~ <br /> and the a~ard may he terminated for convenience in <br /> <br />! <br />! <br />I .- <br /> <br /> <br />
