CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF CO~SS~0N~RS ~ND <br /> <br /> Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-266, 160A-271 and 40A-10, and <br />related statutes, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners (the <br />"Board") declare~ its intent to exchange a 0.0677 acre tract of <br />land in the area of the Coddle Creek Reservoir adjacent to <br />Russell Thomas Musgrove and wife Kimberly Dawn Musgrove (the <br />~Musgroves")' for an adjoining 0.0677 acre tract of'!an8 owned by <br />the Musgroves (the "Exchange"). The Exchange of like property is <br />the sole consideration for the reciprocal transfer between the <br />Board and the Musgroves. The Board will consider a resolution <br />authorizing the Exchange at its regular meeting scheduled for <br />6:30 p.m., Monday, December 16, 1991, in the Commissioner's <br />Meeting Room, Governmental Center, Church Street, Concord, North <br />Carolina. <br /> <br /> Any person has ten (10) days from the date of publication of <br />this Notice to object to the Exchange upon ~uch terms. Any <br />person objecting to the Exchange shall deliver such object,on in <br />writing to John V.
