State-Building code. In <br />order for the these violations to be corrected, the building must be <br />Inspected by a registered architect or engineer and all building code <br />deliciencles listed in writing to the Cabarrus County Building <br />Inspection office. Only then may valid permits to corzect the <br />deliclencles be obtained. <br /> <br />Under n~ circumstances may the building be legally occupied until all <br />N.C. State Building Code requirements are me=. Prooi that the codes <br />have been me= must either be through Inspection(s) by a cabarrus <br />County Building Inspector or certification by a registered engineer <br />or architect. <br /> <br /> .
