Attachment No. 3: Board of Health Appointments <br /> <br /> The Board of Health recommends the following persons to be <br />appointed for three year terms beginning JanUary 1, 1990: <br /> <br /> 1, Dr. Robert Parrish, Veterinarian position on the Board. <br /> Dr. Parrish was nominated by the Cabarrus County <br /> veterinarians as their representative. <br /> <br /> 2. Dr. C. Herbert Smith~ Jrt, OptometriSt position on the <br /> Board. Dr; smith was nominated bY the Cabarrus County <br /> optometrists as their representative. <br /> <br /> 3. Mr. Alex Rankin, Professidnal Engineer position on the <br /> Board. The professional engineer is a new statutory <br /> requirement for membership on the Board of Health. <br /> <br /> The Board also reeommends the reappointment of Mrs. Jane Kiser <br />to the Board for another three year term. M~s, Kiser serves in the <br />Public ppsition on the Board and has done an excellent job in <br />representing the public health interests in our community. <br /> <br /> <br />
