Dr. Robert Parrish, Veterinarian position on the Board. <br /> Dr. Parrish was nominated by the Cabarrus Cosnty <br /> veterinarians as their representative. <br /> <br /> 2. D_~. C. Herber[ Smith, Jr.~ ~ptometrist position on the <br /> Board. Dr. Smith was nominated by the Cabarrus County <br /> optometrists as their representative. <br /> <br /> 3. Mr. Alex Rankin, Profeseional Engineer position on the <br /> Board. The profe~slonal engineer is~new statutory <br /> requirement for membership on the Board of Health. <br /> <br /> The Board also recommends the reappointment of Mrs. Jane Kiser <br />to the Board for another throe year term. Mrs. Kiser serves in the <br />.Public position on the Board and has done an excellent job in <br />representing the public health interests mn our community. <br /> <br /> <br />
