Rowland, Assessor ~= <br /> <br />Date: December 12, 1989 <br /> <br />s~bject: Appointment and Term; Board of Equalization and Review <br /> <br />At the next scheduled meeting of the cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners, I recommend the following to be appointed to the <br />Board of Equalization and Review for a three (3) year term, <br />effective January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> Tyrone Harward Llpe Barrier <br /> Chsrlie Sehorn Richard Roberts <br /> Paul Bowles <br /> <br />It is very important and critical that our experienced Bo'ard remain <br />intact through our Revaluation, which is effective January 1, 1991. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance, and please advise if you desire my <br />presence at the Board meeting when this is presented. <br /> <br /> <br />
