NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEMORANDUM TO: County Officials in Association Districts 10 and 12 FROM: C. Ronald Aycock, Executive Director DATE: January 26, 1990 SUBJECT: Joint District Meetings of Districts 10 and 12 Wednesday, February 28, 1990 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hilton at University Place Charlotte, North Carolina A Combined meeting of Districts 10 and 12 has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 28 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hilton at University Place in Charlotte, N.C. A map to the facility is on the reverse side of this memorandum. The main portion of the program will begin after dinner and should conclude at 9:00 p.m. The cost of the meal is $20.00 per person. Counties will be billed for those attending or managers may bring a check for $20.00 per person made out to NCACC~ Managers are asked to share this information with major department heads, as they also may be interested in attending. County clerks of boards should contact the Association office by Friday, February 16, to provide a count of those attending from their county. Call Jeanette Terry to RSVP for the dinner.
