Richard Russell, O~t~ Processing Manager <br /> DATE= January 25, 1990 <br /> SUBJECT: Car Computer Analyzer Bid <br /> <br />~{n reviewing the bid proposals for the car computer <br />analyzer, I found both of the computers specified in the <br />bids to be IBM compatible. Tho computer from the Allen <br />Group is Superior. It had twice the memory (1,280K versus <br />640K). Also, the disk drives:offered, one 2OMB hard drive <br />and one 1MB card drive, offer much more speed, space, and <br />flexibility. <br /> <br /> <br />
