Permitted Uses in R-15 Zone: Examples: Agricultural uses, churches, ECHO (C), <br /> home occupations, mobile home subdivision (C), nursery schools and day <br /> care centers (C), public cultural, service and use facilities (C), recreational <br /> facilities-private (C)~ rest homes (C), schools (cl. <br /> <br />3. Site Plan: None provided. <br /> <br />Detailed Findings and Compatibility with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> <br />1. This property is in the ten year growth area and under the A-I zoning 20,000 <br /> square foot lots would be allowed as long as cnmmunity wide water and sewer <br /> is provided. <br /> <br />2. The petitioner has a pending application for a N.P.D.E.S. permit to locate <br /> a package treatment plant on Coddle Creek. <br /> <br />3. Roberta Church Road has been tenatively identified as the location for <br /> the southern leg of the westside bypass. <br /> <br />4.
