II. 1. All class, adult athletic teams, and special event fees are calculated on 100% recovery of the direct cost of the program. As costs increase or decrease, so do the fees. 2. All youth athletic team entry fees are calculated on 30% recovery of the direct cost of the program. As costs increase or decrease, so do the fees. III. 1. All athletic revenues are based on a per team bases paid by each association. 2. All youth athletic nos-resident fees are individual fees that are paid to the department by the youth association per n~n-resident participant. IV. 1. Specific Classes Workshops, gvents, etc. not covered in the above fee schedule will have a fee derived based on the same formula used to calculate these fees.
